Generally, the filter element needs to be replaced in the following situations:
1. The filter element is deformed or damaged;
2. When the filtration accuracy of the precision filter is reduced and the water outlet requirements are not met
3. The water output of the system does not meet the standard, etc.
The general reasons for frequent replacement of security filter cartridges are:
1. The raw water quality is unstable and fluctuates frequently, resulting in too much particulate matter entering the filter cartridge, causing the cycle to be shortened.
2.The pretreatment operation effect is poor. The flocculants and scale inhibitors added in the pretreatment are incompatible with each other or do not match the water source. The sticky substances formed adhere to the surface of the filter cartridge, resulting in the effective filtration of the filter cartridge.
3. The quality of the filter cartridge is poor. The inner and outer apertures of the poor quality filter cartridge are basically the same. In fact, only the outer layer plays an interception role. The filtration aperture of the good filter cartridge is gradually reduced from the outside to the inside. The inner layer filtration accuracy is 5±0.5µm, the pollution holding capacity is larger, and the water quality of the outlet can be guaranteed to be qualified after a long time of use.
